Susan Godfrey-Clark, 64, of Minetto, passed away on April 2, 2025.
Born in Oswego, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Jeanette (Eastridge) Godfrey.
Susan graduated from Oswego High School and worked for many years in food service for local establishments including, Broadwell’s Captain’s Quarters, Miller Brewery, the DuBois Hotel, and All Season’s Food Service for Alcan. She also worked as a Direct Support Professional for Oswego County Opportunities and volunteered for the Minetto Fire Department. Susan loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping and her birds. She also liked crafting. Susan had a great love for cars, influenced by her father. Her first car was a 1962 Ford Falcon, followed by many loved muscle cars.
Susan is survived by her brother Thomas (Lynda) Godfrey and their children Jacquelyn and Thomas Godfrey, her brother Robert Godfrey, as well as several other nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Susan was preceded in death by her husband Ralph Clark Jr., and her brother David Godfrey.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am on April 12, 2025, at Minetto Methodist Church. Arrangements are under the caring guidance of Nelson Funeral Home.
