OSWEGO, NY – Dorothy Jean Johnson, 90, a resident of Oswego, passed away Sunday December 7, 2014, after a brief illness.
She was born May 6, 1924, in Lacona, NY, to the late Seward and Florence Smith.
She was a life long resident of Oswego.
She was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Howard Johnson in 2004; and two sisters, Anita Mason and Faylene Mason.
Surviving are her five children, Edward (Mary) Johnson of Oswego, Donna (Charles) Vanliew of Central Square, Judith (Kenneth) Reeves of Oswego, Gloria (Howard) Baker of Oswego and Michael (Debbie) Johnson of Oswego; 13 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Per her wishes, there will be no calling hours or services.
