OSWEGO, NY – Eileen Magner, 91, of Oswego, passed away Sunday August 5, 2012, at St. Luke Health Services.
Born in Oswego, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Viola (Morley) Reifke.
Eileen was a homemaker, she enjoyed square dancing, crafting, and baking.
She enjoyed spending time with her family.
Surviving are her daughter, Kelly (Greg) Thomas of Oswego; one son, Robert (Marilyn) Magner of Oswego; her daughter-in-law, Sandra Magner of Oswego; six grandchildren, Shannon Proud, Robert Magner, Matthew Magner, Morgan Thomas, Nicholas Thomas and Brian Thomas; two great-great-grandchildren, Mackenzie Proud and Kiernan Proud; several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Thomas C. Magner Sr.; her son, Thomas C. Magner Jr.; her brothers, Jack, Dick and Arthur Reifke; and her sister, Hilda Rucynski.
Funeral services will be 6 p.m. Wednesday following calling hours.
Burial will be in All Saints Mausoleum, St. Peter’s Cemetery.
Calling hours will be 4-6 p.m. Wednesday at the Nelson Funeral Home, 11 W. Albany St., Oswego.
