Elsie M. Williams, 70, former N. Syracuse resident passed away at Stonehedge Health & Rehab Center, Chittenango on Wednesday October 5, 2011.

Born to her late parents, Charles E. & Catherine (Williams) Williams on September 30, 1941. Surviving are several children; several grandchildren; two brothers Ronald Williams of Syracuse, and David Williams of N. Syracuse; three sisters, Margaret Haynes of Phoenix, NY, Mary Backus of Bushnell FL, Alice Ryan of Brewerton; nieces, nephews.

Calling hours will be on Friday October 7, 2011 from 12 noon to 2 pm at Allanson-Glanville-Tappan Funeral Home, 431 Main St., Phoenix, NY 13135. The funeral service to begin at 2 pm with Pastor Barbara Wiggins officiating. Burial in Phoenix Rural Cemetery 126 Chestnut St., Phoenix, NY
