OSWEGO, NY – Felicia F. Smith, 69, a resident of Oswego, passed away Saturday December 14, 2013, at home.
Born in Oswego, she was the daughter of the late Louie and Bernice (Clary) Dement.
Felicia worked as a certified aide at St. Luke Health Services.
Surviving are her husband, Albert Smith; three daughters, Connie (Tim Jacobson) Smith, Vicky Smith and Tracey Olcott; one son, Albert Smith Jr.; grandchildren, Felicia, Cyle, and Dillon.
Services will be held privately.
