OSWEGO, NY – Flor Rivera, 72, a resident of 157 E. Fourth St., Oswego, passed away Sunday June 16, 2013, at home.
Born in Patillas, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Carmelo and Flora (Cruz) Rivera.
He worked at Novelis for more than 20 years before retirement.
He enjoyed bowling, baseball and playing softball in the city leagues.
Flor loved spending time with his family and grandchildren.
Surviving are his children: Norma Barker of Oswego, Jeanette Rivera of Florida, Linda Padua of Oswego and Antonio Feliciano of Connecticut; three sisters; 15 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held 10 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. Wednesday at the Nelson Funeral Home, 11 W. Albany St., Oswego.
Funeral services and burial will follow at Oswego Town Rural Cemetery.
