Spring graveside services for Frank Belawicz, 93, of Phoenix, NY, who passed away on Feb. 16, 2013, will be on Friday May 24, 2013, at 1 p.m. in Upson Corner’s Cemetery, 920 County Route 45, town of Palermo, NY.
