OSWEGO, NY – Gerald H. Pryor, 73, a resident of East Ninth Street in Oswego, passed away Friday, December 26, 2014, at Morningstar Care Center in Oswego, after a long illness.
Mr. Pryor was born in Oswego, the son of the late William and Anna (Geers) Pryor.

He was a life resident.
Prior to his retirement, he was employed for many years at the Flexo Wire Co. in Oswego.
He is survived by his wife, Sheila (Goodrow) Pryor of Oswego; three sons, James (Martha) Pryor of Garner, NC, Gary (Robin) Pryor of Granby and Shane (Karen) Pryor of Harlem, Ga.; a brother, Paul (Dorothy) Pryor of Ilion, NY; a granddaughter, Cassandra; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by eight brothers, Kenneth, Francis, Edward, Floyd, Jack, Harold, Robert and Raymond Pryor; and two sisters, Shirley Mulcahey and Ruth Russ.
Funeral services will be private.
Burial will be in Peck’s Cemetery.
Calling hours will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home, 112 E. Second St., Oswego.
