Geraldine F. Micklada of Lehighton, Carbon Co., formerly of Bucks Co. and Fulton, died Oct. 10, 2011, in Blue Mountain Health System, Lehighton. She was 86.
She was the wife of the late Casimer Micklada.
She worked as a grocery clerk and cashier for the former Penn Fruit Co., Levittown, until retiring in 1980.
Born in Fulton, N.Y., she was a daughter of the late Claude and Ora (Dolbear) Wallace.
She is survived by her daughters: Cheryl and her husband, Rev. Louis Troester of Lehighton, Connie and her husband, Howard Ruvin of Arvada, Colo.; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sisters: Mrs. Mary Fryer and Mrs. Elizabeth Ellsworth, both of Baldwinsville, N.Y., Mrs. Marjorie Meyer of Oswego, N.Y. and Eleanor and her husband, John Fisher of Fulton, N.Y.; brother, E.R. Wallace of Baldwinsville.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
