Hazel E. Lewis, 84, of (Granby) Phoenix, NY, passed away on Saturday January 29, 2011 at her home of 61 years, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in the Town of Mooers, Clinton County, NY, to her late parents, Frank B. & Mabel D. (Bradley) Howard in 1926. Hazel was a home health aide for the County of Onondaga, and a homemaker.
She was pre-deceased by her husband, Cleon E. Lewis in 1967, her children, Florence and Howard, in 1960 & 1963; her brothers & sisters, Ross, Elizabeth, Marian.
Surviving are her daughter, Nancy G. (Ronald) Casselman of Phoenix; her sister, Dorothy Westfall of Syracuse; one granddaughter, Crystal Rebensky; two great-grandchildren, Gabriel & Nakea; several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours are Tuesday from 3 to 6 pm followed by the service at 6:05 pm at the Allanson-Glanville-Tappan Funeral Home, 431 Main St., Phoenix, 13135
