
Leona Fields Lyboult Brothers, 81, of Phoenix, NY died on Monday October 24, 2011.
A life resident, she was born to her late parents, Earl G. and Gertrude R. (Letson) Fields on March 29, 1930. Leona was a bus driver for Phoenix Central Schools for 20 years. She was a past president of the Phoenix Fire Dept., Auxiliary; and a member of the VFW Post 5540 Auxiliary.
Predeceased by her husbands, Lloyd D. Lyboult in 1975, William F. Brothers in 1988; sons Brian Lyboult in 2000, and Earl Lyboult; brothers, Ralph, Robert, George, Willis, Charles; sisters, Virginia, Vera, Elaine; son-in-law Bill Bellinger; niece Julie Fields.
Survivors, son and daughter-in-law, Ralph and Diane Lyboult; daughter Cindy Bellinger, daughter-in-law Cindy Lyboult all of Phoenix; brothers, Paul of Mexico, James of Pennellville, and Gary of Phoenix; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two great-great granchildren; multiple nieces, nephews, cousins.
Calling hours are on Wednesday October 26, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm at the Allanson-Glanville-Tappan Funeral Home, Phoenix. Services are Thursday at 1 pm in the funeral home 431 Main St. with the Pastor Jeff O’Brien officiating. Burial in Pine Plains Cemetery, 8686 Henry Clay Blvd., Clay, NY.
