PHOENIX, NY – Steven T. Williams, 51, of Kibby Road, Lysander, passed away at Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Buffalo, on Thursday January 24, 2013.
He was born to his mother, Catherine Mary (Calabro) and his late father, Gordon P. Williams Sr. on July 13, 1961.
His early life, he attended Baldwinsville Schools through the eighth grade, moving to Lakeland and graduating from Solvay High School, class of 1980.
He then furthered his education.
Steve was a mechanical technician for Eagle Comtronics, Liverpool.
He was a past president for Great Lakers Divers Association and avid fisherman and boater.
Steve was always willing to help others.
If a project required his backhoe, he was there!
The times he spent at camp were always good.
He was predeceased by his father, Gordon P. Williams Sr., in 2004.
Surviving are his loving wife of 24 years, Corrine E. (Delano) Williams; his daughters, Abigail R. Williams of Lysander and Molly C. Williams of Lysander and Molly’s fiance, Timothy E. Wright; his mother, Catherine Mary (Calabro) Williams of Lakeland; his two brothers, Gordon P. (Lynn) Williams Jr. and Martin (Cynthia) Williams all of Lakeland;
several nieces, nephews, and cousins; his beloved canines, Ruby and Zuzu.
Calling hours will be on Tuesday from 1 to 3 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m. at the Allanson-Glanville-Tappan Funeral Home, 431 Main St., Phoenix.
On Jan. 30, a prayer will be offered in the funeral home at 9:30 a.m., followed by a wake in the church chapel from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., with a funeral mass at 11:30 a.m. in the sanctuary in St. Augustine’s Church, 7333 O’Brien Road, Baldwinsville.
