OSWEGO, NY – Tracy Lynn O’Neil Moses, 46, of Granby, passed away on Wednesday April 10, 2013, at home in the presence of her family.
She was the daughter of Charlotte Wilcox and the late Robert W. O’Neil.
She is survived by her children: Alisha and Robert Moses; her grandson, Parker Gabriel Sharpe; her mother and stepfather, Charlotte and David Wilcox; her partner of 12 years, Daniel Wooding; her brothers, Shawn and Robert J. O’Neil; stepmother, Valerie O’Neil; and her beloved dog, Ziggie.
A memorial service will be held on April 20 at 1 p.m. at Nelson’s Funeral Home, 11 W. Albany St., Oswego, to celebrate her life.
Tracy has asked that in lieu of flowers, a donation to the Oswego County Humane Society be made in her and Ziggie’s names.
