PHOENIX, NY – Viola Kellogg, 71, of E. Syracuse, passed away on Friday October 19, 2012 at James Square Health and Rehabilitation Centre, Syracuse.
She was born in 1941 to her late parents, Marion (Gilbert) and Thomas A. Billings.
She was a homemaker.
She was predeceased by her husband, Faron Kellogg, in 2000.
Surviving are her five brothers, Robert Billings of Syracuse, Ronald Billings of Fulton, Jim Billings of Fulton, Fred Billings of Oklahoma City, Okla. and Harold Billings.
Services will be on Wednesday at noon in the Allanson-Glanville-Tappan Funeral Home, Phoenix.
A calling hour will be from 11 a.m. to noon in the funeral home, 431 Main St.
