OSWEGO – Candy Lea Fox, 52, of Oswego died unexpectedly Sunday August 10, 2025 at the Oswego Hospital.
Candy was born in Syracuse the daughter of the late Donald and June (Worthly) Fox. She enjoyed going for quiet walks listening to her music, and she had a contagious laugh, which would make everyone around her smile and laugh. Candy loved spending time with her family, especially her precious grandchildren, or going fishing, she could also be found just sitting on the porch with her husband and children talking about special life moments.
Candy is survived by her husband Edward Demello of Oswego and her children Amanda (Samuel Hollis Sr.) McAllister of Oswego, Wade (Alicia Nazzaro) McAllister of Oswego, Chris Fox of Oswego, and her grandchildren, Samuel, Zeppelin, and Hendrix. Candy is also survived by her siblings Debbie (Robert) Wright of PA, Robin (Paul) Lower of Oswego, and Donald (Melissa) Fox of FL. Services and burial will be private.
The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home, 147 W. 4th. St. Oswego.
