OSWEGO, NY – Carol Snyder, 80, of Oswego, died Monday July 4, 2016, in Oswego.
Carol was born in Oswego, the daughter of the late Frederick and Genevieve (Woolson) Snyder.
She worked for nine years as a nurse’s aide at Elm Crest Nursing Home in Oswego and later worked at the Pontiac Hotel for seven years in the maintenance department.
Carol enjoyed visiting with people and walking through the Oswego Farmers’ Market.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings, Bernard Snyder, Helen Carpenter, Frederick Snyder, John Snyder, and Rodney Snyder.
Carol leaves behind several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, July 6, at 8 a.m. in North Scriba Cemetery.
The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home, 147 W. Fourth St., Oswego, NY 13126.
