FULTON – September 14, 2026, Carolyn M. Klinert, 75; of Phoenix, NY passed Monday, September 14, 2026, at Crouse Hospital, Syracuse, NY after a short illness.
Carolyn was born in Messina, NY to the late Nicholas and Emmline (Slater) Peters. She has been a resident of Phoenix, NY for most of her life. Mrs. Klinert was past employed with Sorroco, Baldwinsville, NY and then she began working as a Home Health Aid. She enjoyed playing cards, bowling, traveling and frequenting the casinos.
Mrs. Klinert was pre-deceased by her son: Charlie Klinert. She is survived by her husband of 56 years: Harry “Butch” Klinert of Phoenix, and her siblings: Bill Peters of Baldwinsville, NY and Edward (Theresa) Peters of Martville, NY and several aunts, uncles, nephews and cousins.
Calling Hours will be held from 10:00 AM to Noon Saturday at the Sugar Funeral Home Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S., Fulton.
There will be no Funeral Service.
Burial will be held privately in Mt. Adnah Cemetery, Fulton, NY.
