Channing and Xavior Bradford of Oswego infant sons of Samantha Bradford passed to heaven Monday, June 7 at the Oswego Hospital. Services will be private. The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home 147 West Fourth Street, Oswego.
