FULTON – February 17, 2024, Christina Shattuck, 76; of Fulton passed away peacefully at Oswego Hospital surrounded by family. She was born in New Brunswick, Canada to the late Luther Gravely and Christina Helpert. Mrs. Shattuck has been a resident of Fulton since 1977. She retired from Hutamaki, Fulton where she had been employed for 34 years. Mrs. Shattuck loved to play BINGO.
She was pre-deceased by her brother Roy Helpert.
Christina is survived by her husband of 47 years: Lowell Shattuck of Fulton, 3 children: Teresa (James) Anderson of Pennellville, NY; James (Teri) MacDonald Jr. of Hannibal, NY; Cyndy MacDonald of Oswego, NY; 5 stepchildren; siblings: Esther and Robert of St. Stevens, Canada, 6 grandchildren: Christina (Jack) Schirtz, Jesicca (Mike) Bartholomew, James (Amanda) MacDonald III, Krystal (Andy) Read, Nicolette LaClair, Michael LaClair; 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Calling Hours will be held privately at the Sugar Funeral Home Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S., Fulton, NY.
Burial will be held at Fairdale Cemetery, Hannibal, NY. There will be no funeral service.
