OSWEGO, NY – Dominick Lee Francis Carr, infant son of Kally Carr and Dale Butler, died Tuesday September 10, 2013, in Crouse Hospital, Syracuse.
In addition to his parents, Dominick is survived by his sisters, Alexis and Bella Carr; his maternal grandparents, Mary Signorile and Ryan Carr; his paternal grandparents, Dale K. Butler and Tammy Bixler; and his great-grandmother, Lucy Signorile.
Services were private.
The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home, 147 W. Fourth St., Oswego.
