FULTON – July 12, 2025, Frank Parsons, 93; of Fulton passed peacefully at Seneca Hill Manor, Volney, NY on Saturday, July 12th, 2025. Mr. Parsons was born in Fulton, NY; to the late David and Melrose (Taft) Parsons. He remained a lifetime resident of Fulton. Mr. Parsons retired from Thompson & Johnson, Syracuse, NY where he was employed for 35 years. Frank was an active outdoorsman having been an avid hunter and fisherman for many years.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years: Berniece Parsons of Parish, NY; their 4 daughters: Cinde (Mike) Sullivan of IN., Chris (Eugene) Vincent of VA., Melissa (David) Gilbert of WI., and Jennifer (Richard) Holmquist of Parish, NY; 14 grandchildren and several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Mr. Parsons was pre-deceased by his 4 brothers: Charles, Ovid, Orin and Ivan.
Funeral Services and Burial will be held privately.
There will be no Calling Hours.
