Joann Wing, 87

OSWEGO, NY – Joann Wing, 87, of Scriba, died Thursday March 1, 2018, at her daughter’s home.

She was born in Olean, NY, the daughter of the late Lawrence and Bernice (Baker) Dickerson.

She was a licensed practical nurse at the Bath Veterans Hospital until her retirement.

She is survived by her six children, Terry Strickland, John Strickland, Deborah Baw, Margaret Bland, Kimberly Knight and Lawrence “Paul” Strickland.

Services were private.

The arrangements were in the care of the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home, 147 W. Fourth St., Oswego.
