FULTON – February 2, 2024, The heavens received a beautiful, fun and extraordinary angel on February 2nd, 2024, when Judith F. Ryan, 83; formerly of Fulton, NY passed away at Crouse Hospital, Syracuse, NY surrounded by her loving family.
Judith was born in Syracuse, NY to the late Langdon and Frances (Bennett) Smith. She was a longtime resident of Fulton, NY and Bradenton, Florida before moving back to NY to be closer to family. Judith was currently of Baldwinsville, NY. Judith was raised in Cazenovia, NY where she also met and married Robby Ryan. She was a graduate of Cazenovia College with an associate degree. Mrs. Ryan worked as an Administrative Assistant with the Community Development Agency, Fulton, NY. Judith enjoyed reading, listening to music and a good story, but her true love was spending time with her family. She was her grandchildren’s most avid sports fan; she enjoyed travelling through the New England States to visit her son in New Hampshire and she loved spending time with her sisters in Florida. She was truly a woman of courage and inner strength. Judith was well-loved by many family and friends and will be remembered and missed for her laughter and smile.
Judith is survived by her two children: Kathleen A. (R.J.) DeLisle of Fulton, NY; William (Cori) Ryan of Wilton, NH; two grandsons: Steven (Erika) DeLisle of Baldwinsville, NY and Seth (Erica) DeLisle of Fulton, NY and several nieces and nephews.
Judith was pre-deceased by her two sisters: Anne B.S. Campbell and Pamela P.S. Cosgrove.
Calling Hours will be held 3:00 to 5:00 PM Friday,
February 9, 2024, at the Sugar Funeral Home Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S., Fulton, NY.
Burial with service will be held privately in New Hampshire.
