FULTON – January 23, 2024, Kathleen A. Smith, 86; of Fulton passed away Tuesday, January 23rd, 2024, at University Hospital, Syracuse, NY after enduring a fall at home. She was born in Fulton, NY to the late Frank E. and Gertrude (Thurston) Smith. She has remained a lifetime resident of Fulton, NY. Kathleen was past employed with L.W. Singer Publishing Co. and General Electric, Syracuse prior to retiring. Kathleen loved her faith and she chose to be a faithful servant of God. Kathleen attended daily mass at Holy Trinity Parish, Fulton, NY and was an avid participant in all church related activities.
In addition to her parents, Kathleen was pre-deceased by her brother and sister-in-law: William F. and Stefanie Smith.
She is survived by three nephews: John J. Smith, Stephen S. Smith and William Michael Smith, and her wonderful friends and church family.
A Funeral Service will be conducted at 10 AM Saturday, January 27th at Holy Trinity Parish where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Joseph Scardella.
Burial will be held in the spring at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton.
There will be no calling hours.
