Mary Ann Taras

FULTON – June 2, 2025, Mary Ann Taras, 87; of Fulton, NY passed unexpectedly at her home Monday, June 2^nd, 2025.  Mary Ann was born to the late Joseph and Catherine (Corsoniti) Arcadi.  She resided in Canada for 35 years before returning to Fulton, NY in 2017 to be closer to her family.  Mrs. Taras was past employed as a Secretary at Morrill Press, Fulton, NY and she continued to work as a secretary throughout her professional life in Canada.

She loved books and she was enthusiastic about reading.  Mary Ann is survived by her three sons:  Phillip (Theresa) Hammond, Mark Hammond and Michael Hammond all of Fulton, NY.  She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  Funeral Services and Burial will be held privately.  There will be no Calling Hours.  The Sugar Funeral Home Inc., 224 W. 2^ndSt. S., Fulton has care of the arrangements.
