Mary E. Serino, 87; of Fulton, NY passed away peacefully Sunday, April 7th at Auburn Rehab and Nursing Center, Auburn, NY.
She was born to the late Harold and Frances (Caprin) Jessmore. Mary remained a lifetime resident of Fulton, NY. She was a past active volunteer with Bishop Cunningham High School, Oswego and Immaculate Conception Church, Fulton Bazaars and BINGO. Mary was a wonderful baker and she baked countless cakes and cookies to help fundraise. Mary was also a past member of Catholic Daughters Court Per LeMoyne.
Mrs. Serino was pre-deceased by her husband of 63 years James Serino in 2022, her 3 siblings: Judy Jessmore-Catalone, John and Michael Jessmore.
Mary is survived by her son James Serino of Fulton, NY; her brother Harold “Butch” (Rita) Jessmore of FL and several nieces and nephews.
Calling Hours will be held from 9:00 to 10:00 AM Thursday, April 11th at Sugar Funeral Home Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S., Fulton.
A Funeral Mass will be conducted at 10:30 AM at Holy Trinity Parish, Fulton where a mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Joseph Scardella.
Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton.
