OSWEGO, NY – Michael Falise, 93, of Minetto, died Monday September 23, 2013, peacefully surrounded by his family at University Hospital, Syracuse.
Mr. Falise was born in Oswego the son of the late Philip and Rose (Sugar) Falise.
He was a self-employed excavating contractor.
Mr. Falise was predeceased by his wife, Mary O. Falise, February 20, 2013.
He is survived by his sons: Michael J. (Marybeth Salisbury) Falise of Minetto, Stanley P. (Terri) Falise of Minetto and Stephen J. (Theresa Corradino) Falise of Oswego; grandchildren, Michelle, Matthew, Jamie, Sarah, Ryan and Stephanie; and great-grandchildren, Colin, Alex, Josephine, Harrison, Jonathan, Matthew and Graham.
In addition, Mr. Falise was predeceased by his daughter-in-law, Diane Falise; and siblings, Anthony, Joseph, Philip, Martin, Samuel, John, Martha Crisafulli, Anna LoSurdo and Virginia Otteri.
Funeral services and burial will be private.
The arrangements are in the care of the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home, 147 W. Fourth St., Oswego.
