FULTON, NY – Monique S. Laws, 82, of Fulton, passed away on Sunday May 13, 2018, peacefully at Morningstar Care Center, Oswego.
Mrs. Laws was born in France.
She has lived in Fulton for most of her life.
She was a past member of the Oswego County ARC and Fulton Art Association.
Mrs. Laws was predeceased by her mother, Wilhelmine Lang-Morbe; and son, Mason Laws.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Maurice A. Laws of Fulton; their daughter, Michelle (Richard) McCann of Fulton; two brothers: Wolfgang Morbe of Germany and Manfred Morbe of Germany; and her grandson, Michael (Erika) Laws of Washington.
There will be no funeral service or calling hours.
Burial will be held privately.
In honor of Monique, the family has requested that donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
