Pauline Blake, 87

FULTON, NY – Pauline Blake, 87, passed away peacefully Sunday April 16, 2017, at St. Luke Health Service, Oswego.

She was born in Syracuse, NY, to the late Fred and Ruth (Dexter) Warren.

Mrs. Blake had been a longtime resident of Fulton before moving to Oswego about 20 years ago.

She had worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse since she was 40 years old and later retired in 1994 from Oswego Hospital after 10 years of service.

Mrs. Blake was a communicant of St. Mary’s Church.

She was an avid fan of Elvis and enjoyed listening to his music.

Mrs. Blake is survived by her five children: Bernice Blake of Minetto, NY, Barbara (Stan) Pawline of Fulton, Bernard Blake Jr., of Fulton, Timothy (Cheryl) Blake of Fulton and and Paul (Lynda) Blake of Williamson, NY; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her siblings: Gloria Evans, Jack Warren, Russel Warren, Beverly Shue and Rosalie Skelton.

A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Monday, April 24, at Mount Adnah Cemetery, Fulton, with Rev. John Canorro officiating.
