Phyllis W. Webb

Phyllis W. Webb, 93; of Fulton, NY passed peacefully with her husband of 70 years by her side Tuesday, November 3rd, 2026, at Crouse Hospital, Syracuse, NY. Phyllis was born in Roslyn Height, NY to the late Blair and Mary (Casey) White. She has been a resident of Fulton, NY since 1950. Phyllis was employed by Marine Midland, Fulton as a bookkeeper and at Murphy’s, Fulton as a salesclerk. She was a member of the Genetaska Club, Fulton.

Phyllis was pre-deceased by her daughter: Alice Mathew and her siblings: Joanne Parks and Blair White. She is survived by her husband Blayne Webb of Fulton, and their children: Mark (Terri) Webb of Fulton, David (Carole) Webb of Baldwinsville, Maureen (George Jr.) Ball of Hannibal and Brian (Heidi) Webb of Fulton, her brother: J. Casey White of CA, 12 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Calling Hours will be held 9:00 to 11:00 AM Saturday, November 14th, 2026, at the Sugar Funeral Home Inc., 224 W. 2nd St. S, Fulton followed by 11:00 AM Funeral Services in the funeral home with Deacon Nick Alvaro officiating. Burial will be conducted in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fulton.
