Richard A. Miller, 67; of Fulton passed away peacefully at home after a long illness.

Mr. Miller was born in Oswego, NY to the late Richard and Beverly (Hull) Miller. He has been a resident of Fulton and Oswego, NY for most of his life. Richard was a United States Veteran having served actively in Germany while in the Army Reserve Unit #1019 Service and Supply, Mattydale, NY. He loved the outdoors, fishing and being 420 friendly.

Mr. Miller is survived by his children: Richard A. Miller of Mexico, NY; and Alissa Miller of Oswego, NY; his siblings: Joyce Ticson of PA, Mark Miller and Carol Carter both of Oswego, NY; great aunt Diana Kelley of Oswego, NY; and several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral Services and Burial will be held privately.

There will be no Calling Hours.

The Sugar Funeral Home Inc., 224 W. 2^nd St. S., Fulton has care of the arrangements.
