Shirley A. Allard

OSWEGO – November 2, 2024, Shirley A. Allard, 90; of Oswego, NY passed Saturday, November 2, 2024; peacefully at her home.

Shirley was born in Oswego, NY to the late John and Sylvia (Elkin) Ashmiller.  She has been a lifetime resident of Oswego, NY.  Shirley was a homemaker; quilter and she used to be very active prior to illness that sometimes accompanies age.  She loved dogs and used to be a handler of show Collies.

Shirley was pre-deceased by her husband Charles Spicer.

She is survived by her four children:  Pam Baldwin of FL, Charles Spicer Jr., of Oswego, Theresa Spicer and Holly Spicer of Fulton, NY; her three sisters:  Marion, Sandra and Irene, eleven grandchildren and several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

There will be a private Funeral Service with Entombment at All Saints Mausoleum, St. Peter’s Cemetery, Oswego.

There will be no calling hours.

The Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home 147 W. 4^th St., Oswego has care of the arrangements.
