Susan Suressi

OSWEGO – Susan Suressi, 66, of Oswego died Saturday August 2, 2025 in the Oswego Hospital.

She was born in Syracuse the daughter of the late George and Marion (Fagan) Belair. She enjoyed fishing, but most of all she loved cooking with her son, and would always tell him, he was the best cook in the world, no matter what he made.

Susan was survived by her loving son Richard Meshurle of Oswego, and her siblings Nancy (Wayne) Haskins of Baldwinsville, Jean (Walter) Francis of KY, Scott (Lauren) Belair of Liverpool, George (Sherry) Belair of Phoenix, William (Emma) Belair of NC, and Bonnie (William) Buck of TN. She was predeceased by her sister Sharon Tyrrell.

Funeral services and burial were private.

The arrangements were in the care of the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home, Oswego.
