FULTON – December 17, 2025, Teresa L. Tucker, 54; of Pulaski, NY; passed Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at Strong Memorial Hospital after a long illness.
Teresa was born in Oswego, NY. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, listening to music and coloring. Teresa was pre-deceased by her father: Kenneth Reis and grandson: Aiden Saccocci.
She is survived by her children: Celeste Kirk of Fulton, NY and Mitchel (Trista Norris) Kirk of Oswego, NY; her mother Mary Reis of Hannibal, NY; 4 siblings: Stephen Reis, Richard Reis, Paul Reis, and Joyce Renfro; her beloved grandchildren: Allen Saccocci Jr., Greyson Saccocci, Emerie Kirk and Oakley Kirk and several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of the family.
There will be no calling hours.
