SCRIBA, NY – Timothy R. “Bubba” Rhinehart, 59, of Scriba, New York, died peacefully at home surrounded by his family and friends Sunday, July 3, after a courageous fight with cancer.
Tim was born in Oswego, New York, the son of Ralph Rhinehart and Kandis (Sheffield) Hills. He owned and operated Rhinehart’s Landscaping, for many years. He was a former member of the Leatherstocking Club, Scriba.
Tim and his wife MaryAnn enjoyed traveling to watch NASCAR, and going to Sterling Stage where they enjoyed camping, listening to great music and spending time with their friends.
Tim is survived by his loving wife of 20 years MaryAnn (Spataro) Rhinehart, his son Jason (Stephanie) Kingsley; his mother Kandis (Ted) Hills of Alex Bay, NY and FL.; his father Ralph Rhinehart of Scriba, NY; his sister Stacey Restuccio of FL, two grandchildren Julia and Lauren Kingsley, and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
Tim was predeceased by his brother Gerald Rhinehart.
Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home, 147 W. 4th St., Oswego.
Burial with a Graveside Service will be conducted Wednesday at noon at North Scriba Union Cemetery.
