OSWEGO, NY – Walter E. Krolikowski, 61, of Oswego died Thursday April 5, 2012, in Oswego Hospital after a short illness.
He was born in Oswego the son of Shirley Krolikowski and the late Edward Krolikowski.
He was formerly employed with A & E Transport in Syracuse, where he transported disabled children.
Mr. Krolikowski enjoyed communicating with people through his CB radio, and he was a strong fan of Elvis, Long Live Elvis!
He was predeceased by his infant daughter, Shirley Krolikowski; and his father Edward Krolikowski.
Mr. Krolikowski is survived by his wife of 17 years, Ellen Krolikowski of Oswego; children, Louise Baker of Mississippi, Walt, Edward and Tammy Krolikowski all of Kansas, Bruce I Krolikowski of Scriba, and Amber (Kenneth) Martin of Oswego; his mother, Shirley Krolikowski of Oswego; brother, Bruce F. Krolikowski; sisters, Debbie (Mark) Burlett, Judie (David) Winklestein and Julie Krolikowski all of Oswego; and many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Calling hours will be Wednesday 4-6 p.m. at the Sugar & Scanlon Funeral Home, 147 W. Fourth St., Oswego.
