OSWEGO, NY – Katherine M. Callan, 95, a former resident of 106 W. Mohawk St., died on Thursday July 9, 2009, at St. Luke Health Services.
Born in Groton, NY, she was the daughter of the late Ben and Grace (Moorse) Goldstein.
Mrs. Callan was employed with the Oswego Candy Works for many years.
Surviving are her son, John (Kay) Callan of Scriba; two daughters, Louise (Ron) Porter of Fulton and Linda Robillard of Oswego; two brothers, Harold and Robert Goldstein; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
She was predeceased by her husband, John Callan; and a sister, Emma Curcuroto.
Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. from the Dowdle Funeral Home.
Burial will be in St. Peter’s Cemetery.
