Keith C. Risley, 81, of Germantown, MD passed away at Shady Grove Hospital in Rockville, MD on March 8th, 2024. Keith was born in New York on June 3rd, 1942, to Mildred and Leland Risley. He attended Hannibal High School.
Keith married Mary Maxim, and together they had two children, Michael and Katherine. He was a veteran of the United States Navy (USS Shadwell LSD-15), worked as a HVAC Mechanic and enjoyed participating in the Methodist Church. Keith was also a proud member BSA, GSA, The American Legion, and NAPEEF chapter 5. Keith is survived by wife Mary Risley, son Michael (Kelly-Ann three Grandchildren) Risley, daughter Katherine Risley (William Kratz five Grandchildren and one Great Grandchild), brother Clark (Gail) Risley, one niece, three nephews, and was predeceased by Leland Risley, Mildred Risley, and sister Candice Reis and nephew Gregory Reis.
Memorial services will be held at Millian Memorial United Methodist Church in Rockville on June 8th at 2 p.m. In Lieu of Flowers Memorial donations may be made in Keith’s name to Millian Memorial United Methodist Church Food Pantry and the American Cancer Society.
