Ruth E. Bailey, 80, of Fulton, died Wednesday at A. L. Lee Memorial Hospital in Fulton. Born in Fulton, she was a life resident. Ruth was predeceased by two grandchildren and six siblings. Surviving: her husband of 30 years, Ray Bailey; four sons, Ronald (Grace) Jenkins, Joseph (Judith) Jenkins, Michael (Penny) Firenze and Terry (Ann) Firenze; step children, Dina Ray Bailey, Ray Bailey, Jr., Adrian Bailey, Charles Bailey; 15 grandchildren; several great grandchildren. Calling hours are 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday with a 4 p.m. service to follow at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton.
