Vivian R. Walts, 90, of Phoenix, died Saturday at St. Luke Health Services in Oswego.
She retired from Key Bank in Syracuse after 37 years in the trust department.
Vivian is survived by several cousins.
Services will be private and there are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to charity. Foster Funeral Home, Fulton has charge of arrangements.
