Why doesn’t the Supreme Court majority explain itself when it hands out massive victories to President Trump on things like dismantling the Department of Education?
It is clearly because there is no rational legal explanation or precedent for their subversive action other than the fact they are participating in the naked overthrow of republican government.
Who wants to say that out loud?
