Golden Sun bus drivers-Rt. 8-enough already!!!

I have lived around the corner from the Golden Sun bus garage on county route 8 for over 20 years. I commend those who have taken upon themselves to commit to driving students to and from school year after year with our harsh weather conditions, but after today, and continued occurrences I am speaking out to I hope is a “select” few of these drivers.
The bus garage is 3/10’s of a mile north of the 4 way stop intersection of Rt. 8 and Rt. 85. The majority of buses head south on Rt. 8 when they leave the property towards this intersection, particularly the driver today, (I have your bus number but will not expose that at this time). The speed limit changes and ends the 40mph several miles down the road towards Minetto. I am traveling 50mph south towards the intersection and I see you, in your bus totally stopped, waiting to exit the Golden Sun property turning right, you see me, and even as I get closer you chose to pull out right in front of me in your empty yellow school bus. TOTAL ‘’DICK” move and I hope you don’t replicate this with students aboard. This has also happened with me several times when —bus drivers are exiting with their personal vehicles! Vehicles are traveling 50 plus miles an hour towards this intersection from the north! SIT AND WAIT!…your’e only going 3/10’s of a mile. Yes, I hope you saw my hand gesture in your side mirror when we stopped at the intersection, you are number 1.
