Letter to the editor: Jan Tighe
Dear Editor,
The Community Cupboard Board of Directors of the Pulaski Food Pantry would like to thank all those who have so generously participated in the recent fund raisers for the local Food Pantry.
We would also like to thank those who have worked so hard raising money and food donations for the Community Cupboard. Thank you to Charlotte Degaetano for doing the Memory Tree, Luke Tighe for organizing the Turkey Trot this year and Zac Masuicca, Maggie Eisel, Robert Plyter and Eileen Carnes for helping Thanksgiving morning. Also Amber-J for collecting donations at Hair Chemistry, Riverview Redemption, VFW Post 7289, Laura Sharp Elementary School students, and Cub Scout Troop #829.
It is only with the support of others that we are able to fulfill our mission, providing emergency food for those in need living in the Pulaski School District.
We can’t thank you enough for all you donations and efforts!
