Imagine being out of town, mourning a loved one, when someone decides to drag your name through the mud. Imagine being harassed and falsely accused of something you had no involvement in, simply because it served someone else’s political agenda.
For my family, it’s not imagined. It’s reality.
Nicholas Little, a candidate for the 2nd Ward seat on the Oswego Common Council, has made false, intimidating, and defamatory allegations with zero evidence. This wasn’t an honest mistake. It was a calculated smear meant to damage reputations.
Worse, he attempted to drag an employer into his political games, trying to jeopardize someone’s livelihood. That’s not leadership; it’s intimidation. And it should alarm every voter in Oswego.
I may not live in the 2nd Ward, but I do live in this city. And character matters. Truth matters. Integrity matters. If this is how he behaves before taking office, imagine what he’d do with power.
Is this really the kind of person you want representing Oswego?
Sincerely,
Carol Thompson
