Undeniable evidence

Dear editor:
Here’s the latest undeniable evidence Americans of both political parties are sound asleep at the wheel.
President Trump is “selling” nearly $3 billion in big boy bombs to Israel, so they can, you know, continue their peace-loving activities in Gaza, the West Bank, Lebanon, Iran, and wherever else Netanyahu wants to drop bunker-busters.
The only problem is, this isn’t a sale. The 2,000 pound bombs are a gift from the American people, that is, purchased with American taxpayer money gifted to Israel. The American citizenry and their Congress most definitely did not consent to this massive gift. This is a game played by dictators, not democrats.
Trump has destroyed the Congressional “war power,” the Congressional law-making power, the Congressional revenue-raising power, and the Congressional budget and appropriations powers. In other words, Congress has nuttin’ left to do but shut their mouths and do whatever Big Donny orders.
