FULTON – The Oswego County Drug Task Force conducted a joint six-month investigation with the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET) and the City of Fulton Police Department.
This investigation of the sale of controlled substances in and around the city of Fulton resulted in the arrest of Louis Antwan Mike III, 31, of 12 S. Third St., Fulton, and Jocelyn A. Ross, 41, of 365 S. Third St., Fulton.
Both individuals were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, B Felony; criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, B felony, and criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree, a misdemeanor.
Mike and Ross were arraigned in Fulton City Court by Hon. Spencer J. Ludington on the above charges and were remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility without bail with a return date of Feb. 1.
The investigation continues with the possible arrests of additional co-conspirators in the future.
