Senior night saw Ali Hawthorn, Denielle D’Amico, Gina Wyatt, Morgan McNamara, Nicole Pritchard, Michelle Stepien, Elizabeth Schutz, Jessica Mazur and Nicole Nalle honored prior to the Oswego girl’s varsity lacrosse game agaisnt Central Square.
Tuesday, May 13, the Oswego High School Bucs recognized the dedication and contributions of the senior class and then the team came out with a 12-10 victory to earn its fourth win of the season.
Coach Chuck Rowlee said, “We were able to improve on some of the major mistakes that have been happening during the last few games. We were able to move the ball in transition better.”
Amanda D’Amico and Morgan McNamara each had three goals while Leah Folgherait had two goals. Brittany Howard, Ali Hawthorn, Brooke Reifinger and Maia Czaranecki also scored.
Czarnecki had two assists while also helping out on goals were Reifinger, Folgherait and D’Amico.
In the net Nicole Nalle had six saves.
