9th Annual for Your Health 5K and Wellness Event Raises Over $31,000 to Support Local Healthcare

The 9th Annual Oswego Health Foundation’s for Your Health 5K and Wellness Event, presented by Excellus BlueCross BlueShield, was held August 10^th, with 166 adults and 31 children participating. Through their kind donations and the support of local businesses, the annual event raised over $31,000 to support patient care in the community, specifically upcoming renovations to the Hospital with the expansion of the Emergency Department to accommodate additional psychiatric patients.

Auyer Race Timing & Event Management tracked results for the 5K and the overall winner, taking first place at 18:50 was 15-year-old, Colin Wallach from Oswego, NY. Top male runners included Mike Chrisman of Fulton at 19:08, and Daniel Dunn of Oswego at 19:19.  Top female runners included Molly Fitzgibbons of Oswego at 19:43, Abby Molinari of Oswego at 23:31, and Collen Krug of Baldwinsville at 24:04.
