Area walkers and runners can sign up for the fifth annual Seneca Hill Charity Walk to be held Saturday, May 22 at the Seneca Hill Health Community.
This year’s event supports Oswego Health’s diabetes education and support programs, as well as the Fulton and Oswego YMCAs. There will be a 1.5 mile course and a 3.1 (5K) mile course. Both routes are paved. In addition, there will be an unpaved nature trail walk. Check in begins at the upper parking lot of The Manor at Seneca Hill
at 8 a.m., with the race starting at 9 a.m.
There is a $15 entry fee for adults, and $6 for children ages six to 12. Children under the age of five can participate for free. This is a family friendly event and children are welcome as are pets on leashes. Registration forms are available at the Oswego or Fulton YMCAs, The Manor and Springside, both located on the Seneca Hill campus, Oswego Hospital and several local businesses. A form will be available on the Oswego Health website at www.oswegohealth.org
