Haley Rosemary Tade was born in Oswego Hospital on Nov. 7, 2016, at 9:30 a.m.
She weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce and was 20.5 inches long.
She is the daughter of Craig and Desiree Tade, of Fulton.
